Reserving Your New Home
Interested in one of our new build developments in the North West? Depending on the stage of construction, there are a couple of ways you can reserve your new home with us, including:
Early-Bird Reservation
Secure your dream home early with Early-Bird Reservation. For just £150, you can reserve an unreleased plot, giving you first refusal once it is released for sale.
To be eligible for Early-Bird Reservation, you must be in a proceedable position. You also have 48 hours to progress to a Full Reservation by paying the £350 balance.
If you decide not to proceed with a Full Reservation, your initial £150 Early-Bird fee will be refunded in full, no questions asked.
Please note, Early-Bird Reservations are available on selected plots only.
Full Reservation - £500
Fallen in love with one of our new homes for sale? It’s time to reserve it!
To secure your chosen plot, we’ll ask for a £500 reservation fee, and the home will then be taken off the market. Your reservation will last for six weeks, during which time you are expected to exchange contracts within 28 days.
Sometimes things can take a little longer, so don’t worry - if needed, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
- If you cancel your reservation within 14 days, your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel before legal documents have been issued to your conveyancer, you’ll receive a refund of your reservation fee minus a £150 administration charge.
If you cancel after legal documents have been issued, you’ll receive a refund of your reservation fee minus a £350 administration charge.
