Reserving Your New Home
Found your dream Lancet home? Great! Now it’s time to secure it. Depending on the stage of construction, there are a couple of ways you can reserve your new home with us.
Early-Bird Reservation
If you’ve found your dream Lancet home but it hasn’t yet been released for sale, don’t worry - you may be able to secure it early with an Early-Bird Reservation. For just £150, you can place an Early-Bird Reservation on an unreleased plot, giving you first refusal once it becomes available for sale.
You must be in a proceedable position at this stage and have 48 hours to progress to a Full Reservation by paying the £350 balance.
If you decide not to proceed to a Full Reservation, your initial £150 Early-Bird fee will be refunded in full, no questions asked.
Please note, Early-Bird Reservations are available on selected plots only.
Full Reservation
Found the perfect Lancet home for you? It’s time to reserve it!
To secure your chosen plot, we’ll ask for a £500 reservation fee, and the home will then be taken off the market. Your reservation will last for six weeks, during which time you are expected to exchange contracts within 28 days.
We understand that sometimes things can take a little longer, so don’t worry - if needed, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
- If you cancel your reservation within 14 days, your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel before legal documents have been issued to your conveyancer, you’ll receive a refund of your reservation fee minus a £150 administration charge.
- If you cancel after legal documents have been issued, you’ll receive a refund of your reservation fee minus a £350 administration charge.
