Just a short journey away by car from our new homes in Grange-over-Sands and you can enjoy open views across Morecambe Bay, as well as direct access to scenic walks through the countryside and along the shoreline.
The famous Grange-over-Sands promenade is only a few minutes away, ideal for morning walks, sea views and an ice cream on a warm summer's day. Just up the road from our new build homes in Cumbria, you’ll find the Ornamental Gardens, a lovely green space with a duck pond, while nearby Hampsfell offers one of the best viewpoints in South Lakeland.
For everyday essentials, there’s a handy convenience store down the road, the Hope & Anchor restaurant when you’re looking for a meal out and a nearby doctor's surgery. For even more options, the village of Cartmel is under ten minutes away from Kents Bank, which is home to Cartmel Racecourse and Michelin-starred restaurants like L’Enclume and Rogan & Co.
Families will have a choice of local schools, including Allithwaite Primary School, Grange CofE Primary School and Cartmel Priory School, while commuters can take advantage of Kents Bank train station, which is just a short walk from the development.
