Select Your Plot

Secure your chosen plot with a small reservation fee and signed reservation form. This takes your home off the market and officially starts the buying process.

Exchange Contracts & Complete

Once contracts are exchanged, your purchase becomes legally binding. You’ll pay your deposit (typically 5–20%) and then complete the purchase when the remaining funds are transferred. Your solicitor will guide you through this process.
