Partnerships

Lancet Homes works with, and has developed over the years, many successful partnership arrangements delivering new homes across the North of England.

We see these strategic partnerships as key to the core of our business and are actively seeking to expand and establish new arrangements to assist in the delivery of both open market and affordable new homes.

Current partnership arrangements exist between Lancet and Councils, Registered Providers and Landed Estates. These have successfully delivered a range of housing provision across all tenures, and our flexible approach has ensured the best outcomes for all parties concerned.

WHY PARTNER WITH
LANCET HOMES?

  • Strategic & Town Planning
  • Architecture & Masterplanning
  • Construction & Quantity Surveying

Because of this, we have the ability to pursue a wide range of opportunities, from residential developments to mixed-use, retail, logistics, and extra care facilities, depending on which delivers the best planning outcome and return.

Partnerships with Councils and Registered Providers (RPs) are a vital approach to increasing housing supply, particularly affordable housing. By combining private sector development expertise with the public mission and funding of RPs, these collaborations can effectively address housing shortages and create strong, mixed-tenure communities. We have good relationships with various local authorities and have developed a range of agreements with them to bring forward their assets for residential development, building homes on accelerated delivery, generating a land return whilst providing full planning policy compliant schemes. These partnership arrangements have seen us deliver affordable housing units via both the Section 106 route and on a 100% affordable scheme basis.

HOMES ENGLAND DELIVERY PARTNER DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM (DPS)

We are pleased to announce that we have been successfully appointed to the Homes England Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This will enable us to secure land more easily and to collaborate more closely with public sector partners and contribute to the delivery of high-quality new homes and regeneration projects across the North West.

Being accepted onto Homes England DPS is a significant milestone for us and reflects our strong track record, technical expertise and commitment to delivering sustainable communities.
