Current partnership arrangements exist between Lancet and Councils, Registered Providers and Landed Estates. These have successfully delivered a range of housing across all tenures and our flexible approach, has ensured the best outcomes for all parties concerned.

Partnerships with Councils and Registered Providers (RPs) are a vital approach to increasing housing supply, particularly affordable housing. By combining private sector development expertise with the public mission and funding of RPs, these collaborations can effectively address housing shortages and create strong, mixed-tenure communities. Lancet Homes has good relationships with various local authorities and has developed a range of agreements with them to bring forward their assets for residential development building homes on accelerated delivery, generating a land return whilst providing full planning policy compliant schemes. These partnership arrangements have seen Lancet Homes deliver affordable housing units via both the Section 106 route and on a 100% affordable scheme basis.
