Before You Move In

Our experienced sales team will guide you through the home-buying process, keeping you informed at every stage — from reservation to legal completion. You’ll receive clear updates, helpful information, and personal support so you always know what to expect.

After You Move In

Once you’ve moved into your new home, our commitment continues. Our dedicated Customer Care Team is on hand to help with any queries or issues that may arise. During the initial period after completion, we’ll provide a clear process for reporting any defects or snags. We aim to handle all matters promptly, courteously, and professionally — always keeping you informed of progress until everything is resolved to your satisfaction.

Your Warranty and Protection

Every Lancet home is built to the highest standards and protected by a 10-year structural warranty provided by Premier Guarantee.

For the first two years, our in-house Customer Care team will look after your home, addressing any issues related to workmanship or materials.

From year three to year ten, your warranty provider will continue to cover major structural elements, giving you peace of mind long after you’ve settled in.

Reporting an Issue

If you have a concern or issue with regards to your new home, the best place to start is your New Home Guide found in your Handover Pack. You can also speak with your Sales Advisor at your development.
