Located in the Greater Manchester area, the town of Leigh sits between Manchester and Warrington. Leigh has grown significantly and is home to all of the amenities, shops and restaurants you’d expect from a modern town. The outskirts of the town remain rural, with fields, nature reserves and parks.

New builds in Leigh have fantastic transport links. By road, the A579 runs directly through the town, whilst the A580 runs alongside, providing routes across to Manchester and Liverpool.
In terms of public transport, Leigh has a good bus network, providing access across the Greater Manchester area. The nearest train station to Leigh is around 3 miles away in Atherton, which provides regular services with Northern Railway.
