How does the Key Worker Discount work?
- Choose your new home – Start by choosing your new home. Explore our range of new build homes across the North West and find the one that suits your lifestyle and the important work you do every day.
- Get in touch – When you’re ready, get in touch with our Sales Advisors to confirm your eligibility and talk through the savings available to you.
- Save on your new home – Once your eligibility is confirmed, you’ll receive an exclusive discount of £500 for every £25,000 spent on your new home.
