How It Works

Our team will guide you through the application and connect you with two independent local estate agents.

Each agent will assess your property and provide a market valuation.

Once a selling price is agreed, we’ll instruct one agent to begin marketing your home.

Your chosen plot will be reserved for an agreed time frame (usually 8 weeks) while your property sells.

We’ll stay in regular contact with the estate agent for updates and viewing feedback.

Once a buyer is found, the legal process begins—and we’ll pay the estate agent’s fees on your behalf on legal completion.

After your sale completes, you can focus on moving into your new Lancet Home.
