With Part Exchange we are effectively a cash buyer, and you are able to stay in your existing home until legal completion. Lancet Homes pays your estate agent fees, and takes away some of the stress that comes with selling your home while trying to buy a new one.

How does Part Exchange work with your house?

1. Once you have a new house in mind with Lancet Homes, speak to our team about the scheme. Your application form will be completed by our sales advisors and submitted to two independent local estate agents.
2. Each agent who visits your existing property will compile a detailed independent report and will include price recommendations, details of similar comparable properties on the market in your area and recently sold properties.
3. Once acceptable figures have been established with an agent, a reservation form will be completed for your new Lancet home, and this will be taken off the market.
4. You stay in your existing home until legal completion, then you move into your brand new home.
