How does Assisted Move work?

There are several simple steps to get you moved into your new home.

1. Take a look around our developments and check which plots are available with Assisted Move, and select the home of your choice
2. You speak to our team about Assisted Move, they help you to complete an application, and submit your details to two independent, local estate agents.
3. Each of these agents will visit your current property, and compile a detailed, independent report and market rate price recommendations.
4. Once you have agreed on a price, your current property goes on the market, with the marketing process being managed by us. The plot will then be reserved for an agreed period of time (usually around 8 weeks).
5. Once your current property is sold, you can focus on moving into your brand-new home. Lancet Homes take care of your estate agents’ costs.
