We strive to provide the highest level of service to all of our customers at all times. However, we understand that there may be occasions when we have been unable to meet customer expectations. The complaints procedure below has been set out to help in the unlikely situation that your expectations have not been met. This procedure ensures that you are directed to the people who can best help you and we would ask that you go through the following steps in order to allow us to deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  1. Should you still not have reached a satisfactory conclusion, you can at this stage refer it to the Customer Care manager by email [email protected]
  1. If you are still not happy your complaint can be referred to the MD.
  1. In the unlikely event that your complaint has not been resolved please contact LABC, details can be found in your handover pack.
